ArborCrowd, the newest addition to the Arbor family of companies, utilizes state-of-the-art technology to provide qualified investors with easy and unprecedented access to commercial real estate has a career opportunity at our New York City office for an Executive Assistant.


The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing executive support to the assigned executive requiring a high level of tact, discretion, persuasion and/or negotiation. The role monitors access and redirects correspondence on behalf of the executive based on priorities established.


The Executive Assistant will have the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:


  • Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications
  • Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel arrangements
  • Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions
  • Screening calls, greeting visitors, conference room scheduling,  maintaining executive calendars, meeting organization
  • Typically performs a variety of routine office duties involving typing, invoicing, record and file maintenance, data entry,  processing expense reports, department event planning (e.g. off sites, team building, group meetings), running reports, vendor management etc.


Education: Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred


Experience: Minimum 4-6 years administrative experience at the executive support level



  • Must have a high degree of initiative, have a flexible attitude, and be able to adapt to a changing environment
  • High degree of integrity, energetic, and have an upbeat attitude
  • Strong work effort and motivated self-starter
  • Must be polished and have the ability to interact with all levels of management in a professional manner and handle EXTREMELY confidential matters
  • Possess strong organizational, communication, writing and multi-tasking skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
