Overview

Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Project Manager with proven experience in delivering marketing assets that leverage internal and external resources across a wide scope of marketing related functions including demand generation, digital marketing, data analytics, social media, content marketing, PR, communications, events and design. 

 

This person will play a vital role in providing strategic operational and technical expertise by ensuring that our digital marketing assets, systems, tools, and processes can effectively enable the next generation marketing capabilities. Additional responsibilities include implementation and governance of standardized operational processes intended to guide our marketing programs including the support of lead generation and lead nurturing programs.

 

The Project Manager will work cross-functionally with various marketing stakeholders engaged in initiatives such as  collecting needs, assembling internal teams, assigning resources, coordinating with external teams, tracking progress, ensuring deadlines are met, managing all project-related communications, and obtaining necessary approvals and permissions.

This job requires the development and delivery of multiple marketing assets across numerous campaigns in a timely manner and the interpersonal skills to manage across a diverse range of talent.

Responsibilities

The Project Manager will have the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage project management tools and integrate into new and existing systems and processes, while providing support for their use by the marketing team; provide periodic reports for management.
  • Create/update policies and procedures that document marketing programs to ensure the ongoing function and performance of the department.
  • Ensure deadlines are met by tracking project progress and performance.
  • Support the marketing teams to ensure that all marketing projects follow our standard processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Ensure timely and cohesive communications with internal and external teams on a daily basis.
  • Partner with user experience design team to build and evolve our digital customer experience for our new and existing website, portals, apps and digital media elements.
  • Support in the ownership of all of Arbor’s marketing technology stack, portals and websites including the planning, execution, management, and governance of these assets.
  • Serve as the marketing department’s coordination lead in managing large-scale programs (companywide initiatives) from a digital marketing and technology perspective.
  • Establish and promote strong relationships across all management levels to advocate for leading edge digital solutions.
  • Partner with marketing leadership in the establishment and management of department planning, budgeting, and staffing.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field of study.

 

Experience:

  • 5+ years of profession experience in project management or operations in Marketing, Consulting and/or Advertising.
  • 3+ years managing Digital Marketing teams

 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

 

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize a high volume of projects
  • Strong project management software skills, e.g. Smartsheet
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
  • Willingness to learn and go above and beyond
  • Highly organized and self-motivated individual
  • Experience and/or knowledge in the commercial real estate, mortgage origination or financial sectors
  • Experience in leading initiatives to transform digital platforms to the next level, e.g. SEO, reporting, organizational, mobile, content, paid or communications related technology
  • Experience collaborating with Compliance, IT, Marketing, Sales and Business Development teams
  • Exposure to senior management operating mechanisms and rhythms preferred
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with executive and overall management including day-to-day contacts
  • Ability to build constructive relationships across the organization with key business partners including strategic business units and other divisions
  • Strong technical orientation around business implications and how we can compete in our market-space
  • Ability to lead, motivate, evangelize and educate all levels of the organization on the Seniors Housing & Healthcare industry

 

Travel: Approximately 10%
