Work as an intern on a variety of projects under supervision on assignments and develop internal and external Arbor relationships. This role requires the ability to continually learn and use new skills, and to work in a high-paced, changeable client-service environment.


HOURS OF OPERATION: Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday


As an Intern, you will get the chance to contribute as a member of the team to which you are assigned and have responsibilities similar to a first year professional. Arbor utilizes the Internship Program as a source for hiring full-time professionals, and strongly encourages all those interested in full-time roles to apply. The Technology, Architecture & Analytics Intern will have the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Prepare and/or update documentation related to various aspects of project phases and status.
  • Review project related documents for grammar, completeness and accuracy as necessary.
  • Collaborate with technology and functional teams to obtain project information and status.
  • Participate in project team meetings, prepare meeting minutes and action items.
  • Work with project managers to track issues and action items.
  • Assist project managers in updating project schedules, budgets and status reports.
  • Keep the department manager informed of assignment status and progress


Education: Satisfactory academic progress in an Information Systems, Information Technology or Computer Science degree program (GPA of 3.0 or greater)



  • Microsoft – Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint
  • Familiarity with technology concepts and project methodologies
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Dependable and proactive self-starter with the ability to handle and manage multiple priorities
