The chief responsibility of the Sales Lead Qualification Specialist is to qualify leads for Arbor’s sales team while providing an optimal customer experience for new prospective borrowers. Work with Marketing leadership and team to develop new strategies to grow sales pipeline, and consistently meet monthly, quarterly and annual goals. Applicants should be highly motivated self-starters and confident in their ability to identify and develop new business prospects from various sources including marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. We are looking for a dynamic personality who will actively pursue potential leads and work to ensure that customers have the highest quality experience with Arbor.
The Lead Qualifications Specialist will have the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business, Communications or related field.
