    The chief responsibility of the Sales Lead Generation Specialist is to qualify leads for Arbor’s sales team. Applicants should be highly motivated self-starters and confident in their ability to identify and develop new business prospects from various sources including marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. We are looking for a dynamic personality who will actively pursue potential leads and work to ensure that customers have the highest quality experience with Arbor.   

    Responsibilities

    The Lead Qualification Specialist will have the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:

     

    • Identify potential new business by responding to all inbound leads and determine whether the lead is a viable match based on a pre-established set of criteria.
    • Provide each potential lead with a strong first impression of Arbor and its extensive level of financial expertise.
    • Ensure that each interaction is of the highest quality, and provide full disclosure on the expectations set with clients.
    • Coordinate with the Marketing leadership team to generate new strategies for expanding our sales pipeline, while consistently meeting revenue goals.
    • Identify potential prospects through email, outbound phone calls and social media.
    • Determine the pain points of prospects, and conduct an analysis of needs to determine how Arbor will best address those needs.
    • Recognize key buying influencers within these prospects to define a budget and timeline.
    • Prepare and evaluate sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
    • Manage contact information, market data, qualifiers and other prospective client data, and accurately record information through the use of our CRM system.
    • Cultivate and maintain a partnership with sales teams to better align efforts.
    • Serve as liaison between customers and appropriate company departments to resolve customer questions and problems.

    Qualifications

    Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or related field

     

     

    Experience:  

    • Experience calling on inbound leads and converting them into qualified sales opportunities.
    • 1-2 years of cold calling experience in a B2B setting, focusing on the client's customer needs.
    • A deep understanding of B2B and B2C needs and issues with an inner drive to learn and understand a business vertical.
    • Experience writing and developing email campaigns for either sales or marketing purposes.
    • Experience in the financial services, mortgage and/or real estate industries a plus.
    • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM Software preferred.

     

     

    Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

     

    • Proficiency with Salesforce.com or other sales CRM tools.
    • You thrive in a fast paced, multi-faceted, lively, collaborative work environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.
    • A proven track record of strong client relationships.
    • Excellent client service skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask.
    • Self-starter who focuses on outside-the-box strategies to meet and exceed goals.
    • Work with Marketing leadership and team to develop new strategies to grow sales pipeline, and consistently meet monthly, quarterly and annual goals.

     

     

    Travel: Approximately 50 - 75%
