    Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. is searching for a Manager level Salesforce Admin will be responsible for optimizing usage, implementing and testing enhancements and monitor daily operations.  This role will support all 3rd vendor integration and data integrity associated with CRM and loan processing.  This individual, working under minimal general supervision will be expected to partner with others to evaluate functional and technical problems.  In addition, they must be collaborate with training team to ensure proper training materials are provided across all salesforce users.

    Responsibilities

    The Manager level Salesforce Admin will have the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:

    • Takes ownership of escalations and perform trouble shooting, analysis, research and resolution
    • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
    • Candidates must have hands on experience with Salesforce in administrator and configuration roles and will be acting as a subject-matter expert
    • Must have skills to identify business issues; analyze, and translate business needs into functional specifications
    • Must have strong data management and data analysis skills
    • Supports daily operations interfacing with business leaders

    Qualifications

    Education:   Bachelor or Master’s degree in computer science or Information Systems

    Or equivalent combination of education and experience desired.

    Experience:  The ideal candidate will 2+ years of experience in implementing, operating, maintaining or using systems in an enterprise setting.

     

     

    Required Skills:

    • Experience partnering across multiple business, servicing and product teams.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak effectively to senior leadership and internal / external stakeholders
    • Experience working in an agile / scrum development environment
    • Ability to perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented
    • Strong project management software skills, e.g. Smartsheet.com
    • Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial drive and passion
    • Positive attitude, hard worker, motivated self-starter, excellent interpersonal skills, creative, pro-active, well organized and detail-oriented
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Knowledgeable in Salesforce, Marketing Cloud & Pardot, etc.

     

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
    • 2+ years industry experience using Salesforce with hands on administrative, configuration and process management
    • 1+ years’ experience in implementing, operating, maintaining or using systems in an enterprise setting

    Travel: 15% Travel
