The AVP, Content Strategy & Demand Generation reports to the VP, Strategy & Planning and is responsible for planning, developing, executing and reporting on Arbor’s content-driven Demand Generation operation. In this role, he/she will drive Arbor’s business development marketing initiatives across Arbor’s multiple product platforms using an integrated marketing strategy with a strong emphasis on content marketing, social media, email, content, SEM and paid. The AVP, Content Strategy & Demand Generation is an integral part of the marketing team and will leverage Arbor’s in-house marketing resources (creative design, communications, data and conferences/events) to swiftly, collaboratively and strategically, develop and implement new business marketing plans, new product campaigns and key strategic initiatives across Arbor’s commercial/multifamily and seniors housing mortgage product platforms.
The AVP, Content Strategy & Demand Generation will have the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications.
Experience: The ideal candidate will have 10 years of hands-on experience leading the execution of integrated marketing campaigns with a strong focus on digital marketing and lead generation programs. B2B marketing experience within financial services, banking and/or real estate industries, a plus.
