The AVP, Marketing Communications and Content Strategy reports to the VP, Strategy & Planning and is responsible for all external marketing communications and content development including planning, developing, executing and reporting on Arbor’s content-driven Demand Generation operation. In this role, he/she will help drive Arbor’s demand generation engine across Arbor’s multiple product platforms utilizing public relations, content, social media and email marketing. The AVP, Marketing Communications and Content Strategy is an integral part of the marketing team and will leverage Arbor’s in-house marketing resources (creative design, internal communications, data and conferences/events) to swiftly, collaboratively and strategically, develop and implement content-driven demand gen strategies and plans across Arbor’s commercial/multifamily and seniors housing mortgage product platforms.
The AVP, Marketing Communications and Content Strategy will have the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications.
Experience: The ideal candidate will have 10 years of hands-on experience leading the execution of integrated marketing campaigns with a strong focus on marketing communications and demand generation. B2B marketing experience within commercial real estate, financial services and banking, a plus.
