The Content & Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, sustaining and growing Arbor’s brand and new business objectives through social media and video. In this role, he/she will be responsible for leveraging all content marketing while generating and executing new ideas to support the firm’s branding and new business objectives. The Content & Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all short- and long-term strategies initiatives align with the company’s overall strategy while helping enhance and support an industry-leading, omnichannel customer experience.
The Content & Social Media Marketing Specialist will develop all social media posts, manage the social calendar and provide guidance for paid social digital advertising. He/she will work collaboratively with Arbor’s digital and corporate communications teams as well as legal/compliance teams, to exhibit best practices and to ensure social posts are aligned with Arbor’s overall brand and positioning. The Digital Media Strategist will also produce and edit custom video content as part of Arbor’s content initiatives.
The Content & Social Media Marketing Specialist will have the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Education: Bachelor’s degree required with a concentration in Marketing, Journalism or English
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a digital and social media-related job function that required social media strategy and video production as well as writing, editing and delivering content for social media marketing.
