    Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. is searching for a senior technical product manager to join our digital marketing team. The qualified candidate will be helping us to define, plan and manage our front-end digital business solutions and be responsible for the coordination, and alignment
    of our internal support teams to ensure the business requirements, management systems, and processes are aligned with our digital tools, business platforms, data, and marketing technologies.


    The AVP, Technical Product Management, will have the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:

    • Support the front-end business solutions strategy and operation of various cloud-based services, systems, and applications.
    • Lead a team of project managers and product managers to develop trusted relationships with key technology and functional leaders & stakeholders to drive focus on the strategic program objectives and optimize program delivery.
    • Build and maintain a robust process playbook to document the strategic execution and tactics for all mission critical tasks, customer touchpoints, systems and processes.
    • Partner with business solutions teams to define and groom features (Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria’s).
    • Act as the product owner for digital platform solutions and technology with a focus for ensuring stability and proactively enhancing capabilities and oversight on related projects.
    • Lead business support for established products on the current Digital Platform.
    • Create consensus and influence relationships to manage resources across different functions across a matrixed organization.
    • Partner with Strategy & Planning, as well as all internal stakeholders to define the vision and create roadmaps for products on the Digital Platform.
    • Participate on a multiple scrum software development team.
    • Develop clear and compelling recommendations related to our digital products supported by strong analysis and business logic.
    • Communicate and articulate across the organization to increase product support and buy-in.
    • Manage and cultivate multiple vendor relationships including offshore teams
    • Collaborate with partner teams to achieve shared objectives, provide strategic insight, and lead continuous improvement efforts in customer service, digital solutions and operations.
    • Working with multiple delivery teams to take ownership and accountability for technical roadmaps, UX design and program delivery.
    • Translate strategic initiatives and business objectives into a tactical and strategic execution plan, utilizing strong collaboration and agile leadership
    • Drive results by tracking key operational metrics, identifying process improvement opportunities and delivering on strategic initiatives.
    • Establish and promote strong relationships across all management levels to advocate for leading edge digital solutions.
    • Partner with marketing leadership in the establishment and management of department planning, budgeting, and staffing.
    • Developing high-level presentations on strategic plans and recommendations to senior management.


    Education:   Bachelor degree in computer science or an equivalent combination of education and experience desired.

    Experience:  The ideal candidate will 6+ years of professional experience in technical project management or operations in marketing, consulting and/or advertising with key experience in managing systems salesforce, marketing cloud, digital platforms and digital release management.

    Required Skills:

    • Experience partnering across multiple business, engineering and product teams.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak effectively to senior leadership and internal / external stakeholders.
    • Experience working in an agile / scrum development environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to digest large amounts of complex data from multiple sources simultaneously and quickly identify key metrics, drivers and impacts to customers.
    • People management experience including hiring, performance appraisals, and pay reviews.
    • Ability to perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented.
    • Strong project management software skills, e.g. workfront.
    • Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial drive and passion
    • A team leader strong employee/project management experience, able to lead by example
    • Positive attitude, hard worker, motivated self-starter, excellent interpersonal skills, creative, pro-active, well organized and detail-oriented
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Knowledgeable in Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Pardot etc.


    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience and/or knowledge in the commercial real estate, mortgage origination or financial sectors.
    • Strong technical software skills Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Pardot etc.
    • Experience in leading transformational digital solution strategies whether for data analytics, reporting, organizational, mobile, content, paid or communications related technology.
    • Experience collaborating with compliance, Security, IT, marketing, sales and business development teams.
    • 5+ years managing Digital/Marketing teams.
