    Arbor Realty Trust, a real estate investment trust that invests in a diversified portfolio of multifamily and commercial real estate-related loans and other real estate-related assets has a career opportunity at its Radnor, PA for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant is responsible for all administrative functions relative to their respective company executive(s) and department(s). Other special projects and assistance with other departments are required on an as-needed basis.


    The Executive Assistant will have the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:


    • Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
    • Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
    • Handle all travel scheduling and expense tracking.
    • Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions.
    • Answering phones in a professional manner, greeting visitors, conference room scheduling, receiving packages, screening phone calls, maintaining calendars, meeting organization, internet research, typing, filing, proofreading; photocopying; shredding, collating and assembling packages, taking messages, etc.
    • Other Administrative functions vary by location and may include administrative support for any VP level and above on an as needed basis, handling overnight deliveries including billing, processing the mail/office supply requests in the absence of the Facilities Coordinator, bank/post office/ errands, some small event planning, word document and excel spreadsheet projects, maintaining employee phone list, backing up the other Executive Assistants if necessary, various projects, various kitchen duties (making morning coffee, making sure all conference rooms are well maintained, etc.).


    Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.


    Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years’ of administrative experience; Executive support level a plus.



    • Must have a high degree of initiative, be a motivated self-starter, have a flexible attitude and be able to adapt to a changing environment.
    • Must be forward thinking as it pertains to the logistics of scheduling meetings and travel.
    • High degree of integrity, energetic, and have an upbeat attitude
    • Strong work effort, detail-oriented, and self-starter
    • Must be polished and have the ability to interact with all levels of management in a professional manner and handle EXTREMELY confidential matters.
    • Possess strong organizational, communication, writing and multi-tasking skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
