    ArborCrowd is seeking a Senior Project Manager with proven experience in delivering successful products and programs across a wide variety of functions including Digital Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Vendor management, Events and Video Production.

     

    This role will support the Managing Director’s priorities, by putting the right processes in place to make sure things get done.  This role increases the Managing Director’s bandwidth for strategic priorities and decision making. In providing operational and digital project expertise, this role ensures that our business and marketing assets, systems, tools, and processes can effectively enable our business capabilities.

    Responsibilities

    The Senior Project Manager will have the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:

    • Provide recommendations for key strategic partnerships and initiatives to support future growth.
    • Partner with subject matter experts internally and externally to build and evolve our digital customer experience for our new and existing website, portals, apps and digital media elements.
    • Support in the ownership of all of ArborCrowds’ marketing technology platforms and websites including the planning, execution, management, and governance of these assets.
    • Provide weekly and monthly updates and recommendations to leadership team on progress, action items, metrics and milestones for multiple strategic plans.
    • Work cross-functionally with various stakeholders engaged in initiatives such as collecting needs, assembling internal teams, assigning resources, coordinating with external teams, tracking progress, ensuring deadlines are met, managing all project-related communications, and obtaining necessary approvals and permissions.
    • Ensure deadlines are met by tracking project progress and performance.
    • Manage Vendor communications, schedules, deliveries, budgets.

    Qualifications

    Education:   Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field of study.

     

    Experience:  The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of professional experience in project management, and/or in Operations, Production, or other similar roles.

     

    Required Skills:

    • Excellent project management and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize a high volume of projects.
    • Excellent communication and people management skills.
    • A highly organized and self-motivated individual with a willingness to learn and go above and beyond.
    • Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial drive and passion.
    • A team leader strong employee/project management experience, able to lead by example.
    • Positive attitude, hard worker, motivated self-starter, excellent interpersonal skills, creative, pro-active, well organized and detail-oriented.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

     

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience and/or knowledge in the commercial real estate, mortgage origination or financial sectors.
    • Experience in leading initiatives to transform digital platforms to the next level, whether for SEO, reporting, organizational, mobile, content, paid or communications related technology.
    • Experience with Analytics, CRM, Marketing Automation, Website Management.
    • Experience collaborating with IT, marketing, sales and business development teams.
    • 2+ years managing Digital Marketing projects or teams.
