ArborCrowd is seeking a Data and Analytics Lead to plan and drive our data roadmap and to manage our data ecosystem, practices and orchestration. This is a key role in the organization, responsible for managing data integrity, data flow, practices and reporting throughout the organization.
This role will be a vital source of analysis -- surfacing reports, insights and opportunities across all customer touchpoints. The candidate must be strategic and experienced in management of customer data, and able to analyze and identify improved report structure, data model, and new views of customer data to achieve business goals. This role will work in collaboration with Marketing, Investor Relations and other key executives to ensure that all internal practices have access to relevant data.
As a fast growth organization with a high touch product, data governance is critical to our business. This role will manage our data hygiene, data model, data prioritization, and must bring best practices to these efforts. The Data and Analytics Lead is a hands-on role and will manage our CRM in full and also manage data flow around our Marketing Automation platform, and all other sources of data moving in and out of our ecosystem.
This role requires strategic approach to data management and an insatiable curiosity about data, reporting, insights and customer behavior. As many of our practices are, this is a practice of one initially, and will scale as the company scales.

As an Originations Analyst (OA), you will be provided with a rich learning atmosphere to develop strong industry and financial CRE product knowledge, source, meet and qualify prospective and current borrowers and brokers, develop key selling techniques and learn how to originate Arbor’s growing and diverse multifamily and structured finance loan products.
As you advance in the program, you will work on the structuring and preparation of loan submission documentation for initial screening by the front-end production team. This includes research, analysis, detail follow-up and client interaction to ensure that loan packages are complete. Specific professional developmental metrics, goals and ongoing support will be established to maximize growth leading to potential evolution into a junior originator role.
As part of the Arbor Select Program, the performance of the Originations Analyst (OA) will be continually assessed to determine potential for advancement out of the program to a junior originator role. While the timing of advancement is at management’s discretion, the expectation is approx. 24 months.
The Senior Underwriter Single Family Rental is responsible for providing day-to-day financial, market and underwriting analysis of the Single Family Rental Portfolio loans. This position affords the opportunity to work closely with our Senior Credit team and Originators on the structuring and underwriting of transactions.
The Underwriter, Structured Finance is responsible for underwriting complex credit facilities in a manner which achieves Arbor’s profitability goals while remaining within set risk parameters. This position affords the opportunity to work closely with our Senior Credit team and Originators on the structuring and underwriting of transactions.
