The Senior Insurance Associate is responsible for assisting the VP, Insurance Compliance in the analysis of insurance information received from borrowers to proactively identify insurance deficiencies.
The Chief Credit Officer is responsible for managing the agency underwriting process. Responsibilities include providing credit risk analysis for loan origination and structuring staff to support multi-family transaction volume in accordance with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines. Responsible for oversight of the underwriting team in providing cash flow analysis and value estimates of collateral that back loan commitments.

ArborCrowd is seeking an experienced Director of Real Estate Investor Relations with strong interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills and business acumen. The role requires a “people person” with a proactive and enthusiastic attitude. The candidate must be able to interface with ArborCrowd’s investors and convey information in a manner that is both digestible and representative of ArborCrowd’s institutional pedigree. To achieve this, the candidate must be capable of analyzing complex multifamily real estate transactions and ongoing performance of such investments. The Director of Investor Relations will work closely with ArborCrowd’s underwriters and asset managers in order to be full immersed in the deals intricacies. The candidate is expected to become the primary investor contact for ArborCrowd.

As an Originations Analyst (OA), you will be provided with a rich learning atmosphere to develop strong industry and financial CRE product knowledge, source, meet and qualify prospective and current borrowers and brokers, develop key selling techniques and learn how to originate Arbor’s growing and diverse multifamily and structured finance loan products.
As you advance in the program, you will work on the structuring and preparation of loan submission documentation for initial screening by the front-end production team. This includes research, analysis, detail follow-up and client interaction to ensure that loan packages are complete. Specific professional developmental metrics, goals and ongoing support will be established to maximize growth leading to potential evolution into a junior originator role.
As part of the Arbor Select Program, the performance of the Originations Analyst (OA) will be continually assessed to determine potential for advancement out of the program to a junior originator role. While the timing of advancement is at management’s discretion, the expectation is approx. 24 months.
The Analyst, Single Family Rental (SFR) is responsible for helping to facilitate Arbor’s SFR loan business. This includes assisting in the collection, packaging, review and reconciliation of materials describing prospective financing opportunities. The Analyst, SFR will also play a role in assisting with the SFR loan underwriting process, including property analysis, and where necessary, correspondence with a variety of Arbor’s mortgage banking, borrower and capital markets relationships.
The Senior Underwriter Single Family Rental is responsible for providing day-to-day financial, market and underwriting analysis of the Single Family Rental Portfolio loans. This position affords the opportunity to work closely with our Senior Credit team and Originators on the structuring and underwriting of transactions.
The Underwriter, Structured Finance is responsible for underwriting complex credit facilities in a manner which achieves Arbor’s profitability goals while remaining within set risk parameters.
