Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. is searching for a Senior Salesforce Systems Analyst who will be responsible for helping to build, optimize, drive enhancements and maintain mission critical applications. These applications will allow our business partners to create Sales and Customer Service capabilities through Salesforce CRM Integration. This individual, working under minimal general supervision as an individual contributor, will be expected to partner with others in designing and estimating development efforts based on high level requirements; to evaluate functional and technical problems; and work effectively with business and technical subject matter experts, other systems analysts, developers, quality assurance analysts and third party vendors ensuring that deliverables are met.
The Senior Financial Analyst will be primarily responsible for the development and maintenance of quarterly & annual forecasts, operating analysis, and other special projects. The Senior Financial Analyst will also support other reporting requirements for senior management including board and investor presentations, peer group comparisons, SEC reporting, variance analysis, and other projects as assigned.
The Analyst, Structured Finance will be responsible for assisting the deal team with accumulating information for loan processing, ordering reports for use in the due diligence process, preparing the credit memorandums for submission to the credit committee, and assembling complete loan files for examination by the underwriter. The Analyst, Structured Finance is also responsible for assisting the Structured Finance Underwriting team with the analysis and evaluation of potential structured products.
Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Project Manager with proven experience in delivering marketing assets that leverage internal and external resources across a wide scope of marketing related functions including demand generation, digital marketing, data analytics, social media, content marketing, PR, communications, events and design.
This person will play a vital role in providing strategic operational and technical expertise by ensuring that our digital marketing assets, systems, tools, and processes can effectively enable the next generation marketing capabilities. Additional responsibilities include implementation and governance of standardized operational processes intended to guide our marketing programs including the support of lead generation and lead nurturing programs.
The Project Manager will work cross-functionally with various marketing stakeholders engaged in initiatives such as collecting needs, assembling internal teams, assigning resources, coordinating with external teams, tracking progress, ensuring deadlines are met, managing all project-related communications, and obtaining necessary approvals and permissions.
This job requires the development and delivery of multiple marketing assets across numerous campaigns in a timely manner and the interpersonal skills to manage across a diverse range of talent.
