The Financial Compliance Analyst will be responsible for the overall management of Arbors’ various Lender financing relationships, included but not limited to covenant compliance, recommendations and assistance with renegotiation of current lending facilities, research and recommendations for new potential relationships and cost management of current facilities for both the Arbor Commercial Mortgage and Arbor Realty Trust portfolios.

The position will have exposure to C-corporation, REIT and partnership/LLC tax compliance and planning matters.
